The GD55B/LB02GE series, which won the "Best Memory of the Year" award this time, is the first domestic 2Gb large-capacity and high-performance 4-channel SPI NOR Flash product launched by GigaDevice. It supports STR and DTR SPI interfaces, and the data reading frequency STR is as high as 166MHz. , DTR up to 90MHz, data throughput rate increased to 90MB/s, supports XIP (Execute-In-Place) to achieve efficient code data reading, DLP function provides guarantee for high-speed design, and is highly compatible with existing 4-channel SPI Application Design. In recent years, 5G, industrial and vehicle-mounted applications have continued to rise, requiring high reliability and high-speed reading performance for large-capacity code storage; AI applications have also become increasingly mature, requiring high-speed loading of codes and timely calling of stored algorithms for calculations in a short time; Various IoT applications have an increasing demand for XIP. They need to complete the reading of specified code data in the shortest time. As the application expands, the complexity of the code increases significantly.
